HOW TO EAT TO CREATE THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU.

Let’s face it there is so much information out there about what is good to eat and what is not and most of it from experts all conflicting one another. So here is how I have put it into a nutshell for my client’s, ask yourself this, Is this something I can do for the rest of my life? If the answer is “YES” then you have a sustainable way to slowly but surely to achieve your goals. If the answer is “NO” then I guarantee all the weight you lose will more than likely come back on and the muscle you have gained may not stay dependent upon the new eating habits being introduced.

Now this is the way I look at it because there are so many Personal Trainers/dietitians & nutritionists with different ideas as to what is right, each to their own. As long as it promotes good health, does not stress the body out, keeps your cells nourished and packs your body full of vitamins & minerals along with macronutrients such as Proteins, Fats & Carbohydrates to give you the energy needed for your daily lives then we have a winner ladies and gentlemen.

You see food is like religion, everyone has an opinion and I’m sure if we got people from different backgrounds with different ideas re the foods we could go on forever about who’s right and I know we’d all walk away still believing what we know is right. This simple and easy formula will allow you to stick to ONE healthy lifestyle and implement it over your lifetime.

The biggest issue outside this is that people on a weight loss journey tend to think that if they eat like a mouse then they’ll lose weight. Now I’m not saying that you won’t BUT i can guarantee you that you will break down muscle which accounts for 66% of your daily metabolism and therefore slowing your metabolsim and losing muscle tone. So yeah the weight is coming off BUT you will not be as firm as you should or could be and now you’ve slowed down your metabolism. Again my advice is to seek the advice of an expert who has experience with similiar situations to help you achieve your goals.

Taking the advice off the internet from Joe Bloggs is dangerous because it may not be specific to your needs, you may have allergies to those foods or it may restrict your food too much leaving you flat & deflated which gets me onto the next point, the right environment will also give you energy to go about your daily activities such as work, family, partner or even Uni assignments with a bundle of energy under your hood. If you’re feeling like you have to drag yourself everywhere then I guarantee you that the lifestyle you have chosen is the wrong one. When I eat clean consistently I never crave any junk food such as Donuts, Fried foods or Fast foods. As soon as I miss a meal my blood sugar levels go haywire and it’s on like donkey kong for my brain to control my urges to indulge in eating the wrong foods.

Who wants to be living a lifestyle that gives you no energy, tired all the time and you don’t want to do anything let alone train? hmmm I’m tipping not many so why would you subject your body to that stress? If it’s not sustainable long term then YOU WILL REBOUND! This means you’ll regain your weight and then some. You cannot mess with your metabolism and expect no repurcussions.

In the end it’s a free world and you choose your weapon of choice but remember my words when you do so otherwise you’ll be hearing my last words of “I TOLD YOU SO”.
